Portable Applicance Safety Services, CMS based Training course website

The training branch of PASS required an on-line system that would allow them to streamline the management of their UK training centres. The website would need to offer lead generation and the opportunity for people to buy training courses directly from the website, along with a management back end to streamline every part of the admin process.

Electrical Training Course - PASS

Electrical Training Course, a CMS driven booking management system

The front end website needed to provide a good looking platform for publication of the latest deals and offers available along with providing the ability to saturate the pages with information that would be both valuable to the user and also to organic search engine rankings.

The management side of the website needed to automate as many common tasks as possible to reduce office workload.  Tasks such as marking bookings as paid and registered with examining bodies were brought down to single click operations along with print fuctions allowing for the day’s documentation to be printed in one action at the beginning of the day.

The site itself was also built with integrated feeds to allow course information to be passed to third party websites and services with minimum effort and the page management interface featured integrated spell checkers and formatting templates to allow non-technical users to quickly and accurately manage the information on the public facing website.

This project was completed on behalf of Portable Appliance Safety Services in 2009 and has been running successfully since.
